You have so many little things all over the place. So. Many. And it feels like you couldn’t possibly stop and try to explain everything to someone else to do - even though you know you need help. I get it.

I make things easier.

Doesn’t EASIER sound nice? We break things into bite-sized pieces that help you move one small thing at a time off of your plate and into something that actually flows.

Together, we eat that big elephant one bite at a time. Progress comes in small steps forward that fit into the fabric of your business and your day to day function.

I don’t come in and tell you things like, “If you just started using Trello, all your prayers will be answered and everything will come up unicorns.”

I come in and tell you that we are going to fix what doesn’t flow by taking things apart in small pieces and moving them into alignment piece by piece so you can simply thrive a little more after each step.

More ease.
Less stress.
More flow.
Less push.

My job isn’t to fix you or your business. My job is to help your business function so you can meet your goals without being so bogged down in the small stuff.

From social media to project management to launch planning to money tracking and management. If it’s a task you avoid, it’s a task that we can probably make easier.

Again, doesn’t easier sound nice?

Let’s hold hands and take a nice deep breath together.

Kidding. No forced breathing exercises. I promise.

So how do we do all this magical unicorn building wonderfulness?

Currently, there are three ways to work with me:

Way #1: Fresh Eyes (The Audit)

Perfect for those who need a diagnosis. You need someone to come in and tell you all the ways you’re doing everything wrong. No. Not really. What I ACTUALLY do is look closely at a  particular area or system and look for ways we can simply make it function better.

How the Audit works:

  • Schedule and pay for your conference call.
  • Complete and return your client agreement and pre-work questionnaire prior to conference call.
  • Send any current documentation about that area/process that you currently have.
  • During a 60-minute conference call we discuss the specific problem you want to review. Following the call you will be provided with the recording of the call.
  • There may be a brief follow-up call (or email) about a week later to clarify any questions.

What things are they best for?

If you already have a system or process and are needing fresh eyes to find new efficiencies.

You have an idea something could be better but aren’t sure exactly what that might look like.

You’re overwhelmed and just don’t know where to start.

How long does it take? 1-2 weeks (typically 1-2 conference calls)

How much work will I have to do? Complete a pre-work questionnaire.

How much does an audit cost? $149

Way #2: Friends with Benefits (DIY)

The DIY is great for people who build their own canoes.  Or who may not be super tech savvy but aren't afraid to get their hands (metaphorically) dirty. The DIY version starts with an Audit, then ALSO includes a handy dandy step by step guide that I create just for you to implement everything I recommend in one area of your business.

How the DIY way works:

  • Steps 1-3 of the Audit process.
  • In addition to the recording, you will receive written documentation from me. This may be something like a checklist, documenting a process, or step-by-step instructions about how to do certain tasks.
  • We have a follow-up call to review the written documentation draft. Then you receive the final version of documentation.
  • Access to me via either a follow-up call or email about a week later to clarify any questions.

What things are they best for?

If you already have a system or process and are needing fresh eyes to find new efficiencies.

You have an idea something could be better but aren’t sure exactly what that might look like.

You’re overwhelmed and just don’t know where to start.

How long does it take? 2-3 weeks (typically 3 conference calls)

How much work will I have to do? Complete a pre-work questionnaire. Implementation of recommendations.

How much does a DIY cost? $299

Way #3: Magic (I do it ALL. Like MAGIC.)

The magic bassoon playing, motorcycle-racing fairy princess comes and fixes everything for you.

Two of those things are 100% true. I’ll let you guess which two.

That’s right. First we audit, then I fix. You hand over the keys to one specific area you know is a totally fiery crap-heap and I put out the fire and make it all work like a charm. Poof. All better.

How the Magic way works:

  • Steps 1-3 of the Audit process.
  • If software is involved, you share account information with me.
  • I do some magic and keep you updated throughout the process with emails and/or brief calls
  • I create written documentation and/or videos to help you understand important key points and be able to maintain the system on an ongoing basis.
  • We have a follow-up call to answer any questions after you have a chance to review the documentation.
  • Access to me via either a follow-up call or email for up to two months to clarify any questions.

What things are they best for?

You hate anything tech related and you know the solution to your problem is tech related.

You’re tired and just want someone to take care of it for you.

Creatives who want an easier way to do business and know processes are not their zone of genius.

How long does it take? 4-8 weeks (depending on process scope and responsiveness to questions)

How much work will I have to do? Complete a pre-work questionnaire. Grant access to any applicable software accounts.

How much does a Magic package cost? Starting at $699
